A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Contract Manager to join their growing team, covering a large commercial campus in Nottingham:

The Role

As the Contract Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

* Responsible for the management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.

* To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operation meetings.

* Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are reported to Senior Management.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Contract Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Knowledge of Facilities Management

* Experience in the Building Services industry.

* Managed a hard services contract previously, and have a technical awareness.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
