About the Role

* Lead land acquisition strategies for major infrastructure projects, including overhead lines, substations, and underground cables.

* Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and project teams to secure necessary land rights.

* Manage external land agents and surveyors to facilitate agreements.

* Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and commercial standards.

* Drive strategic relationships to support project success.

What We’re Looking For

* Professional qualification (RICS or similar) with proven experience in land management.

* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

* Understanding of farming and rural land management.

* Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence discussions.

* A self-starter with the ability to travel as needed.
