The Shore Group are working with a utilities infrastructure services provider, seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join their Power department. This role will predominently involve planning and designing cable routes, customer connections managing feasibility studies, producing paving schedules, supporting the estimating team, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the pre-construction and bid teams with route surveys, paving schedules, and tender programmes.

* Manage feasibility studies and communicate project progress.

* Prepare and update MS Project reports, design documents, and safety assessments.

* Liaise with authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

* Lead pre-construction activities, both site and office-based.

Qualifications:

* NRSWA, CITB/SSSTS, CSCS Card.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role.

* Competency in MS Office, MS Project, and Excel.

* Full UK Driving License
