Main Duties and Responsibilities: Front of House
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
* Assist with seating guests and managing reservations efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
* Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions securely.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
* Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Desirable Skills Include:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in hospitality.
