HVAC Contracts Manager – Hybrid Working
Up to £70,000 + Private Healthcare, 24 Days Holiday, company pension
  
A small, yet established HVAC provider are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts and manage a team within the London area, the company specialise in the maintenance and installation of commercial air conditioning and boiler services across a variety of clients including commercial offices, hotels, universities, and hospitals.
  
The managing director is a previous engineer who has spent 40+ years in the industry and worked for some of the leading organisations, with a very successful history of developing businesses. Expect a result driven way of management with a lot of flexibility offered.
  
Ideal candidates should ideally have come from an Air Conditioning or Combustion background and should have at least 2-3 years of managing contracts, generating extra works, projects and managing a team.
