Salary: £42,620 + £4,000 Recruitment Bonus

About the Role:
As a Social Worker in our Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA), you will:

Recruit, train, and assess prospective adopters.
Support adoptive families throughout the adoption process, from assessment to the final hearing.
Represent the service professionally at adoption panels and court hearings.
Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for children.About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

A degree in Social Work and Social Work England registration.
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with adoption-related work or PAR assessments.
A sound understanding of therapeutic parenting, attachment theory, and adoption challenges.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.What We Offer:
