Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. You will act as the key point of contact between the customer and the workshop, delivering a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer bookings and service enquiries.
Provide accurate service estimates and advise on additional services where applicable.
Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting brand loyalty.

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Confidence in upselling additional services and products.
