We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee asset-related projects across Healthcare contracts in the Midlands.

The role involves defect remediation, asset replacement (lifecycle), and variation projects, ensuring high standards and budget compliance in a busy healthcare environment.

Roles:

Manage defects, lifecycle, and variation projects. 
Control budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery. 
Client  liaison and  stakeholder relationships
Oversee all project phases from planning to completion, adhering to RIBA work stages. 
Mitigate risks and ensure accurate financial reporting. 
Ensure projects are delivered to high safety and quality standards. 
Supervise contractors and coordinate with FM provider
Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare construction or Facilities Management  project delivery
Sound knowledge of building and engineering services
Familiarity with PFI environments, CDM regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 
Commercial awareness and contract management experience. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project collaboration platforms.
