Office Manager Opportunity – Stoke-on-Trent

MDE are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our a fast-paced team in Stoke-on-Trent! If you are a strategic leader with a passion for customer service, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on management and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Customer Service and Order Processing departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage customer enquiries and complaints, driving proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Lead and mentor teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive environment.
Develop and implement structured processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar office management role, ideally within a customer service-driven environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing a proactive team culture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in process improvement and implementing structured procedures.
Proficiency in customer service software and strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
