We are looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading company. Reporting directly to the Manager you will be a key member in ensuring customer products are kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to an engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

Multi Skilled Electrically Bias Ideally
Located between two sites around Chesterfield
Conduct unplanned, planned, and emergency maintenance across both sites
Maintenance includes all machinery and equipment on-site
Maintenance of vacuum packers (automated and manual)
Upkeep of portioning and dosing machinery
Check weighing and metal detection systems
Labelling and coding equipment maintenance
Conveyor systems (belt and slatted) maintenance
Automated slicing machinery servicing
Tray sealer maintenance
Building fabrications within safe and responsible limits
Maintenance of roller doors, fire exits, and staff entrances
Utility supply maintenance (excluding gas) if qualifications permit
Servicing of forklift trucks, pallet trucks, and lifting equipment
Maintenance of site facilities
BMS systems management (fire alarm, automated lighting, etc.)Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 Or Higher Within Engineering Discipline
