Tennial Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operative to join our client’s expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This role involves setting up and operating a variety of embroidery machines, including Tajima, ZSK, SWF, and Barudan, to produce high-quality embroidered designs on garments. Key responsibilities include accurately configuring machines, monitoring production to maintain quality standards, and optimising machine uptime to support efficient workflow.

As the company continues to expand, maintaining precision and attention to detail is essential in this fast-paced production environment.

Skills Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced production setting

Experience in embroidery machine setup and operation

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as required

Qualifications Required
Previous embroidery experience is essential

Knowledge of various embroidery machines is highly beneficial
