Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories, including finance and stock availability.
Developing and implementing efficient Parts management processes and systems.
Liaising with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
Leading the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.What you'll bring:

Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor in the Plant, Agriculture, or Construction industries.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Experience implementing and improving processes in a parts department
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
