Available shifts and pay rate:

06:00 – 14:00             £12.32 per hour
14:00 – 22:00             £14.61 per hour
Rotating Shift            £14.04 per hour   Overtime is paid at £17.63

Weekly pay between £462 - £462!

All shifts require working any 5 out of 7 days in the week

ACS Staffing Solutions are proud to partner with John Lewis, the nation’s most prestigious retailer, in expanding their Warehouse Operative team at their Blakelands site. 

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be required to work within a variety of areas such as picking, packing, and operating MHE.

Job Duties:

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Handling heavy-duty tasks
Dealing with substantial items like mattresses, Bed frames, Flat-packed furniture, and occasionally working in tandem with a colleague for those two-man jobs.
General Warehouse Work
LLOP Picking
LLOP Picking Includes:

Moving stock from a cage to your packing station
Printing off delivery labels and delivery notes
Maintaining a clean and organized pack bench
Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
Operating a LLOP to pick stock within racking
Using an RF gun (English proficiency is required)

Do I need experience as a Warehouse Operative?

None really to be honest…our job is to train you. No experience is needed apart from a dedication to learn. Pretty simple really!
