Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct forensic investigations and surveillance on insulation measures.
Perform routine quality inspections of completed work.
Investigate complaints and prepare detailed reports.
Stay updated on regulations and provide briefings.
Liaise with members regarding guarantee applications and reports.
Audit Installer and System Designer Assessment activities.
Maintain health and safety practices.
Undertake other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Proficient in MS Office and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with PAS 2030, PAS2031, and PAS2035.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Independent working capability.
Clean driving license.
Communication/Relationships:
Collaborate with managers and colleagues.
Stay updated with industry developments.
Support company goals and business objectives.
