About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the school by delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain classroom experience, especially if you’re considering a future career in teaching!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects for KS3 and KS4 students
Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment
Support students’ learning and maintain focus on tasks assigned by their usual teachers
Provide feedback on lesson activities and students' progress for teaching staff to review
Promote positive behavior and school values at all times
