About the Role:
We are seeking passionate, adaptable, and reliable Daily Supply Teachers to join our team, supporting primary and secondary schools in Guildford and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you’ll provide vital cover across various subjects, ensuring a seamless continuation of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility in their schedules, an opportunity to gain experience across different schools, and those who enjoy the variety and challenge of adapting to new classrooms each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons across different subjects and year groups, adapting to each school’s needs.
- Manage classroom behavior, ensuring students are engaged, safe, and adhering to school guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff, contributing to a productive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to permanent teachers on lesson outcomes and any notable student behavior.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in classroom teaching (primary or secondary preferred).
- Strong classroom management skills, with a positive and flexible approach.
- Availability for daily cover assignments with short notice.
- Ability to travel within Guildford and surrounding areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
