Principal People are excited to be partnered with a leading Social Housing Organisation who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors to join them on a 6 month+ contract.

These roles will be workign across the organisations portfolio which spans across the M4 corridor, down to the south coast and parts of London.

The role will be to undertake stock condition surveys aligned with HHSRS (Housing Health Safety Rating System) looking at kitchens, bathrooms, doors etc within occupied properties across their extensive property portfolio.

They are looking for a strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay a daily rate of £(Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35).

The successful Stock Condition Surveyor will:

Hold experience within Stock Condition Surveying or similar roles
Have experience within the social housing sector
Be flexible to travel across the property portfolio
Be available at short notice
Be an engaging. Strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
