* MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Blaydon area.

The Job You’ll Do;

* Working in a busy and clean factory environment

* Receiving recipe sheets from managers and organising day

* Collecting raw ingredients from stores

* Following recipes to weigh and measure ingredients

* Operating industrial ovens and monitoring timescales

* Following strict health and safety / food hygiene regulations

* Keeping all work area and baking area clean and tidy

About You;

* Prior experience working as a baker, pastry chef or cake chef

* Industrial experience in these settings is preferred

* Communication and problem solving skills

* The ability to work unsupervised

* Attention to detail & Documentation completion
