Company Overview: A growing construction business has several new fenestration projects commencing in Brighton and the Isle of White.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction phase through to client handover. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, with opportunities for fast-track progression due to our expansion plans.

Job Duties:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers
Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
Oversee health and safety regulations compliance on-site

Required Qualifications:

Project Management qualification
Valid Driving Licence
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Project Management within the construction industry
Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

Working Conditions:

Full-time position based between Brighton & The Isle of White
