Location: North London

Salary: £50,000–£65,000. & Bonus, Pension, Healthcare

What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage the financial and commercial performance of social housing maintenance contracts.

* Pricing additional works, resolving contractual issues, and mitigating risks.

* Complete CVR, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting.

* Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What You Bring

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor

* Expertise in social housing maintenance or Decent Homes

* Strong knowledge of CVR, JCT/NHF schedules, and cost management.

* Ability to drive value while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
