Electrical Engineer

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £40K-£50K

Skills Required: CAD, AutoCAD, Eplan (E-Plan), PLC Programming

My client is renowned global innovator in slitting and rewinding technology, offering high-performance machinery tailored for the flexible packaging, label stock, and converting sectors. Their cutting-edge solutions are engineered to deliver exceptional efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, empowering clients to achieve optimal performance while minimizing material waste.

Role Requirements:

+ PLC (Develop and programming) control systems, preferably using Allen Bradley or Siemens.

+ Electrical Schematic experience - E-Plan is desirable (AutoCAD and other CAD package experience will be considered).

+ System integration.

+ Participate in the commissioning of products, fault find and create solutions.

+ The completion of Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

+ Travel within Schengen countries as required.

Skills Required:

+ 2-5 years of controls engineering (hardware) role.

+ PLC Programming Experience.

+ Experience with end-to-end projects – the ability to work on a project from scratch

+ The eligibility for visa-free travel within Schengen countries is highly desirable

The salary is circa £40K-£50K depending on experience.
