Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Devon (Commutable from Exeter, Okehampton, Tiverton, Taunton, Barnstable, Cullompton)
Shift Pattern: Panama
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 + overtime at enhanced rate

About the Role
We are looking for electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of our production and packaging lines in a 24/7 environment. This is a varied role where you'll work with both modern and legacy equipment, supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment.
* Diagnose and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime.
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance activities.
* Ensuring planned maintenance schedule is followed.
* Conduct panel modifications and support site utilities.
* Drive efficiency improvements across the site.

About You
* Have an electrical bias with a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance.
* Hold NVQ Level 3, an engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications.
* Ideally have 18th Edition certification (desirable)
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
* Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
