The Role
* Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
* Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
* Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams
* Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
* Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
* Strong administrative skills/ experience
* Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
* Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA’s and KPI’s
* Microsoft Office IT Skills
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Qualifications and Experience Required
· Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
· Strong administration duties
· Extensive Excel experience
