Job Title - RCA Manager Building Surveyor - MRICS
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance
Location - Midlands
Hours – Full Time 35 hours per week
 
Our client is a market leader in providing professional services across the UK’s property sector. They are seeking an experienced Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) Surveyors to manage a team of Building Surveyors and to lead a national team of surveyors, ensuring excellence in surveying and insurance activities, while supporting business growth and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of RCA Surveyors to deliver high-quality surveying services and RCA reports.
Ensure compliance with RICS regulations, company procedures, and legal requirements.
Provide technical leadership and support to the Director of Surveying on complex projects.
Supervise and mentor the team, ensuring excellent customer care and performance.
Identify new business opportunities and support the Director in growing external client relationships.
Support CPD for both yourself and your team to maintain professional development.
Foster effective communication with clients and the surveying team. Key Requirements

MRICS qualified
Extensive building surveying experience in Insurance and Property Management
Strong knowledge of the RCA process and industry regulations (e.g., Section 20, CDM)
Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects successfully
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in Insurance Remediation (Fire/Flood damage) is desirable Our client offers
