As the Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facilities, ensuring the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of residents, tenants, and visitors.
Managing budgets, performance, and statutory compliance for the Facilities Management services, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
Leading and motivating operational staff, fostering a culture of service excellence while maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients. To be successful in the role of Account Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in Facilities Management or operations management, particularly within accommodation or student services.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost efficiencies.
