Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Implement best practices for high-quality selection, ensuring that we attract and hire top-tier candidates.
Support onboarding initiatives that integrate new hires seamlessly into our company culture.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve our processes and outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance our retention efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
