Duties and Responsibilities of the English Teacher in Chelmsford:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and stimulating English lessons across key stage 3 and 4 while maintaining a high standard of Education.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Be committed to school improvement and to the development of teaching and learning
