Salary: £50,000 + OTE £25,000-£30,000 Commission

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in sales/marketing at a managerial level.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
Bonus: Knowledge of the bathroom, plumbing, or heating industry is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales & marketing teams to exceed targets.
Build relationships with key clients and secure new business.
Develop marketing campaigns to drive brand growth.
Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions.
Manage budgets, stock levels, and negotiate profitable deals.
