Job Title: Private Client Solicitor  

Ark Search are currently recruiting for a well-regarded regional high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis due to expansion.

Duties will include:

Managing own caseload of private client matters to include high net worth clients
Drafting both straightforward and complex wills
Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorneys
Handling trusts, estates and Inheritance Tax planning The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and experienced in dealing with technical and high net worth private client cases. Applications will be considered outside of these parameters.

This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.  

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
