The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client—an established, multi-brand main dealership group with a strong presence in the local area. Based at their busy site on the outskirts of Melksham, this business is known for its stable, long-standing aftersales team and supportive, family-run culture.

You’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday working week and a 12:00pm finish on a Friday every second week, a positive working environment, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers—managing their arrival, keeping them updated, and recommending additional services.
Generate invoices, process payments, and clearly explain any work carried out by technicians.
Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, ensuring smooth booking and paperwork processes.
The Package:
Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 basic (up to £30,000 OTE depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday – Week 1: 8:00am to 6:00pm | Week 2: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 12:00pm finish on a rota basis & No Weekends!
