About Us

We are a family-run butcher shop, now part of a larger food wholesaler with a long-standing tradition of providing high-quality meats and exceptional customer service.

The shop is known for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join the team and help us to supply our customers both retail and wholesale.

A full-block test will be required as part of the interview process.

Working days: 6 days per week

Monday: 05.00 – 11:30
Tuesday: 05.00 – 13:30
Wednesday: 05.00 – 11:30
Thursday: 05.00 – 14:00
Friday: 05.00 – 14:00
Saturday: 06.00 – 14:00

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cut various types of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
Ensure all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
Provide excellent customer service
Occasional work in the shop
Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

Proven 3 years’ experience as a Butcher
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
