Commercial Claims Handler | Remote (1 day every 3 months in the office) | Up to £45,000

Join a dynamic insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Technical Commercial Claims Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial insurance claims
Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters
Negotiate settlements and resolve complex claim issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
Identify trends and recommend process improvementsYou Have:

Proven experience in commercial claims handling within a brokerage
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
FCA regulatory awareness
Dip CII or aboveWe Offer:
