Advanced Recruit are recruitng on behalf of a leading specialist in the area of architectural Metalwork such as staircases , Balustrades , Structural glass and secndary steelwork, the company are actively recruitng for a skilled and experienced sales estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for structural staircase projects, ensuring all aspects of design and fabrication are considered.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.

* Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to provide accurate take-offs and pricing.

* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and services.

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

* Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines.

* Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to achieve profitability.

Qualifications/ Experience

* Proven experience as a Sales Estimator in the structural engineering or construction industry, with a focus on structural staircases preferred.

* Strong understanding of structural design principles and materials used in staircase construction.

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
