We are delighted to be working with a Northampton based professional service company. They are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and monitor the existing helpdesk team
* Manage the helpdesk ticketing system and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
* Support with complex issues escalated from the service desk
* Coordinate with other IT teams and projects
* Manage 3rd party suppliers and vendors
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in similar senior role
* Broad experience in IT and AV support
* Proven ability to lead
* Driven interest in IT
* Excellent customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence
