Electrical Team Leader

* £39,770 per year (£18.20 per hour, PAYE ONLY)

* 42 hours per week (Day shifts)

* Long-term temporary, with potential for a permanent role

* Grangetown, near Middlesbrough

Are you an experienced Electrical Team Leader with strong leadership skills and a background in heavy industrial maintenance?

We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead with a proven track record in supervision to lead a team and ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and supervising a team of electricians

* Implementing modern maintenance techniques to improve efficiency

* Electrical testing, fault-finding, and maintenance on heavy industrial plant

* Working with AC/DC motor control systems

* Process control, instrumentation, and PLC troubleshooting (advantageous)
