This is a brand new post and will include:

Manage a team of 2 x Business Intelligence Officers.
Analysing both Customer Facing & Internal Process’s to look for ways of improvement for the business.
To develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis
To have a complete understanding of Business Intelligence in order to shape & create the department
To provide Specialist Advice and Guidance on datasets and sources, analysis, research and reporting to users of Data and Intelligence
Ability to Coach, Mentor and Develop the team in order to reach their full potential
Strong Communicator at all levels up to the Executive Management Team
Engaging personality in order to shape the way forward
Influence and work with the Management Teams and the Executive Management Team regarding reports and advise of other options and direction
Ability to interpret analysis and advise
Issue Resolution
You will have worked for one of the following industries:

Charity
Civil Service
Local Authority/Council
Housing Association
Qualifications:

B.I -  SQL
