FP&A Analyst (PQ)

Based in West London

£40,000 to £50,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Cedar have partnered with a leading renewable energy business, who are recruiting for an exciting new role for an FP&A Analyst, created due to continued growth. This is your chance to join a fantastic business that promotes growth and development.

The successful FP&A Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analysing, developing insights, and reporting Business Unit monthly management reporting information. You'll be excited by challenging and complex work, thriving in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and financial acumen will be put to the test.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and report financial and non-financial KPIs.
Support preparation of forecasts, target setting, budgets, and 5-year plans.
Gather inputs through engagement with the business, and report draft and final outcomes with commentary.
Address ad hoc queries and provide decision support.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and various projects within the FP&A function.
Act on behalf of the Senior FP&A Analyst when required by the Head of FP&A.

This Role Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Strong FP&A Analyst experience in a complex industry.
A part-qualified professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
High level of accounting competency and strong analytical skills.
High motivation, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel.
Great understanding of financial systems and processes.
