We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1st Line Support Analyst to join a growing business based in Eye.

In this role, you will work on maintaining and optimising ERP systems, delivering first-line support, and providing key business insights through process automation, system integration, and reporting.

This is a hybrid role, offering some flexiblity for working from home and the office in Eye. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users.
Develop and maintain key reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Assist in business projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Support system changes and business process improvements. 
Skills & Experience

Some previous experience working within an IT Support / 1st Line Support position
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer facing skills
Any experience working within an ERP environment hugely beneficial
