Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant for Year 3/4 to join a school in Runcorn. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification and demonstrate a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities

Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons for students in Year 3/4.
Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional assistance with their learning.
Assisting in the creation and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Supporting the maintenance of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

Preferably hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification.
Previous experience working with children in a school setting is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for creating an inclusive learning environment for all students.

Day-to-day

Collaborating with the classroom teacher to support the delivery of lesson plans.
Providing individualised support to students with specific learning needs.
Assisting with the preparation and organization of learning materials.
