Future Prospects Group is hiring a full time Reservations Administrator for our Newark client. Join a busy, welcoming team and learn new skills in an exciting industry.

THE ROLE

* Managing multiple queries via live chat, phone, email, and web forms

* Data entry and rate loading

* Analysing data and creating reports using MS Excel

* Supporting team projects and meeting deadlines

* Efficiently dealing with complaints

* Sourcing information, and passing on your knowledge to customers (both B2B and B2C) via telephone and email

THE CANDIDATE

* Proficient in Excel with strong IT skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Customer service experience

* Ability to meet deadlines and targets

* Clear and confident phone manner
