We are one of the largest Paas (platform as a service) and SaaS (software as a service) services providers to multinational Acquirers and Banks; processing over £900million a month with over 90,000 terminals servicing over 60,000 customers across the UK & Europe.

Our team is made up of eight subsidiaries (and counting), DNA Payments, 123Send, Optomany, Opto KZ, Active Payments, EFT Solutions, Kwalitas, FPMS and Card Cutters. There are 300 of us spread across our head office in London, regional offices across the UK and Kazakstan. The role

We’re looking for Business Development Executives to join our growing call centre team. Your role is pivotal to the success of our sales team and therefore the success of DNA Payments group. Most of the team are based in Hull and Nottingham both sites are in the heart of the city centres; working from home, solutions can be discussed based on your ability to attend the Hull/Nottingham offices on occasion.

You will be tasked with the initial contact and interactions to businesses within the UK and pitch DNA Payments as a solution to their payment systems. You will then arrange for a field specialist to visit them to do comparative quote and close the sale. We are looking for target led individuals that work well within a team and are looking for their next challenge.

Key responsibilities

* Work from a predictive dialler system to contact prospective customers

* Set up meetings or calls between our customers and business development managers, ensuring that your sit rate (success of appointments attended) is always high

* Keep on top of call-backs (follow up calls with customers) to ensure we maximise every opportunity

* Act as part of a team and positively encourage those around you to hit targets

Competencies required

* Naturally competitive you strive to hit, if not exceed targets set for you; no one wants to achieve more than you do

* You are driven, you know that hard work and determination is key to success in a sales role and that’s why this is the best role for you

* Curiosity is second nature to you, you’re always asking questions, and learning about our products and our competitors, this gives you the edge when speaking to customers

* You listen, which means you are a great communicator, listening to potential customers enables you to offer a solution that works for them

* You put the customer at the heart of everything you do; honest you are comfortable discussing our proposition and never over promise

Skill/technical

It would be great if you had working knowledge of dialler, salesforce but this isn’t essential

Location: Hull Office
Salary: £24,000 basic salary (OTE £40,000-£50,000)
