Hours of work for the Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception / Vehicle Service Advisor: Monday to Friday - weekly shift patter on 07:00am - 16:30pm and 08:30am - 18:00pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 08:00am - 13:00 paid at overtime 1.5 rate

My client, a successful dealership, are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception / Vehicle Service Advisor working from their Avonmouth site.
This role will allow you to show off your professional skills as you will be the interface between the customer and the workshop. What's more you'll make a substantial contribution towards the economic success of the entire service field.
The Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception / Vehicle Service Advisor responsibilities include:
* ·Greeting the customer, accepting and checking the vehicle and clarifying the customers expectations from the visit, completing the customer journey in full on every visit
* ·Reviewing the diagnosis of the vehicle and delivering service advise to the customer in relation to the definition of the scope of repair required
* ·Use of specified checklists during service reception (service registration, reception preparation and prediagnosis) which make it possible to check and document proper performance of the individual work steps
* ·Coordinating the scope of services for repair and maintenance with the customer and obtaining their approval
* ·Monitoring the repairs are being carried out to the required delivery date through maintaining regular contact with workshop
* ·Checking the opportunity to upsell and adjust resource accordingly
As the Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception / Vehicle Service Advisor:
You will be assisting in ensuring the workshop reaches optimum level against monthly targets, so will require a high level of competency in literacy and numeracy and have a good level of experience in IT systems. Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous however you will be given training on all of the inhouse systems.You will provide general administration support to the service department as required.
