The Role:
Manage and process warranty claims while keeping the CRM system updated.
Coordinate with Sub Dealers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Oversee invoicing, claims, and warranty parts shipping across multiple locations.The Person:

Technical, Warranty or credit control experience preferred
