Job Advertisement: Senior BIM Coordinator

Project: £42M Residential / Commercial Development

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team for an exciting £42M residential/commercial project at White City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and producing Stage 5 & 6 drawings, 3D models, and resolving design issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a key role in ensuring the coordination of M&E and PH drawings through Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software while maintaining my clients high standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Production of Stage 5 & 6 drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

*

Create drawings/sketches to resolve design issues and support the site team.

*

Produce M&E and PH drawings ensuring adherence to project specifications.

*

Provide solutions to coordination issues faced on-site in a timely and cost-effective manner.

*

Collaborate with the project team to develop consultant design drawings from initial stages to construction issue & As Built stages.

*

Incorporate Technical Submittal information into the Revit model.

*

Attend coordination meetings with architects, consultants, and other trades to resolve clashes in the federated model and address design issues.

Required Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience in BIM coordination for residential and commercial projects.

*

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

*

Strong understanding of M&E and PH systems and their integration into building services projects.

*

Experience resolving design issues and managing coordination across multiple stakeholders.

*

Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

*

Knowledge of protocols and the ability to apply them to BIM processes.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £55,000 plus package
