THE ROLE – Learning Mentor

As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to overcome barriers to learning, whether academic, social, or emotional. You will assist in small group interventions and one-to-one sessions, helping pupils develop confidence, motivation, and key skills to succeed in their education. The role requires a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
