The Product Transfer Specialist responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless application journey.
Keep Mortgage Brokers updated on the progress of specific cases and resolve any queries.
Proactively increase the product transfer pipeline by contacting customers whose products are nearing expiration.
Manage individual applications, from submission to completion.
Maintain and update data in both internal and external systems to reflect current application stages.
Chase outstanding documentation and arrange valuations, working closely with valuers.
Perform final checks before completing the application.
Adapt quickly to changing situations and support colleagues through the process.
Work effectively in a team, sharing ideas and collaborating to achieve goals.
Ensure a thorough understanding of internal processes and suggest improvements.
Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring all information is easy to understand and follow.
