Regional Sales Manager
* Covering South Wales, South West & Midlands
* Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
* Salary – circa £50,000 per annum basic; realistic OTE £70K+
* Remote working – from home, with 1-2 days a week in the field

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be working for a leading food distribution company, tasked with developing the Area Sales team within your region, ultimately leading to a growth in profit contribution in existing and new customers within your region (Yorkshire).
What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, accompanying them to client visits where required
* Design and implement sales budgets and forecasts
* Strategically identify new business potential across your region, developing an intricate understanding of your marketplace
* Plan and execute sales opportunities
* Developing key accounts to maximise revenue
* Establish and maintain training matrices for your team
What you will bring to the team:
* Extensive sales experience with a background in food, wholesale, foodservice etc
* First class leadership and motivational skills – developing and nurturing the skills within your team will be paramount to success
* Strong negotiation & networking skills
* Exceptional customer service
* Results orientated personality
* Valid UK driving licence
