Senior Town Planner - Skipton (Hybrid / Almost Remote)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware planner to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across rural land and property. The role requires strong business development skills and a proven ability to manage planning projects effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality planning services to a varied client base.
Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Providing expert planning advice across a range of disciplines.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

Over five years' post-qualification experience in planning.
A strong commercial mindset with business development experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A track record of managing projects and client relationships.
Experience in rural planning (desirable but not essential).

Location & Working Arrangements

This role is available nationwide, with hybrid working options. The company's head office is based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, and while flexible working is supported, some office-based days each month will be required.
