Electrically Biassed Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Manufacturing Facility (Paper Products)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights)
Salary: £54,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join our client's team in a key role that combines electrical expertise with mechanical know-how to keep our paper product manufacturing plant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

*

Quickly respond to and resolve emergency breakdowns across the plant to minimise disruption to production.

*

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

*

Collaborate with continuous improvement teams to implement new technologies and enhance plant processes.

What We're Looking For:

*

Qualifications: Must be time-served or hold an HNC or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline. Ideally, candidates will also have 17th or 18th Edition certification.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

*

Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors. Candidates must be flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Desirable: Prior experience in a paper manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
