Panoramic Associates is working with a council in Northwest London to recruit a Disrepair Surveyor on an interim basis at £325 per day (inside IR35).

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and address disrepair maintenance issues across the council's property portfolio, ensuring all work aligns with compliance standards, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Support the Repairs Partnering team to ensure contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver high-quality repairs across all contracts.
Conduct frequent site visits to monitor work progress, ensuring detailed digital records are maintained, and prepare reports on various aspects of work.
Update the asset management database with current project data and inspection outcomes.
Commit to a resident-focused approach in handling disrepair cases, prioritizing responsiveness and effective communication.Next steps:
